Home to ZMX, The Volta was the first in a series of neighborhood-oriented mixed-use projects designed and developed in conjunction with Greenline Partners. As part of the Gallatin Road Historical District, The Volta’s design takes direct cues from surrounding Tudor-style architecture, seamlessly in step with neighboring properties. 

With ground level office space, the second and third floors comprise 16 spacious one- and two-bedroom units. Originally market-rate apartments, in 2019 the residential units were converted to condos, qualifying for non/owner-occupied short-term rentals.
