In conjunction with Greenline Partners, ZMX, Inc. completed The Edison in February of 2019. The Edison was the first four-story mixed-use building in the Inglewood neighborhood. On the Northwest corner of main arterial roads, the building provides high visibility for commercial tenants and is fully leased by diverse local businesses. 

Twenty-nine condos round out this flagship development featuring quartz countertops, maple cabinetry, and stainless steel appliances at an affordable price. Flagship units occupying the top floor also include private rooftop terraces with downtown views.
