Justin joined ZMX in 2022 to manage the execution of development projects, and lead the underwriting of new opportunities.  He brings a unique perspective through his background across multiple disciplines (acquisitions, development, and asset management) and several asset classes (Class A multifamily, workforce housing, and luxury senior housing). 

Leveraging his financial regior and diverse background, he’s well suited to execute on every stage of the development process from acquisition through construction, to lease-up and exit.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Miami University, Farmer School of Business. He earned his master’s in real estate development from the University of Indianapolis. After spending the majority of his career in Indiana and Kentucky, he relocated to Nashville to join the ZMX team.
