Over the past 10 years, Dillon has been involved in managing several commercial construction projects in and around Nashville, including Dierks Bentley’s Whiskey Row, The Plaza Mariachi, and The Neighborhood Health Center. 

Dillon joined ZMX in 2018 where he has been the lead project manager on a number of key multifamily developments for the company. His past experience and client forward approach has allowed ZMX to move into new asset classes including short term rental and hospitality.  

In addition to management responsibilities, Dillon has assisted the executive team implementing policies and procedures for field personnel, allowing the company to expand its general contracting business during his tenure. 

Dillon graduated from MTSU with a bachelor’s degree in commercial construction management, and he lives in the nearby town of Fairview, Tennessee, with his family.
