Bruce brings over 25 years of construction, development and investment experience to ZMX. Having founded ZMX, Inc. in 2012, he has become a widely respected developer and general contractor in the Nashville area real estate community.

Since 2012, Bruce has co-developed and/or constructed more than 1,000 residential units, valued at over $300 million, in Nashville’s hottest neighborhoods. Notable projects include: The Northern (297 Apartment units), The Yarra (69 for sale Townhomes), East Trinity mixed-use/condominium development (116+ units), Madison Crest Apartments (78 apartment units) and 4th & Monroe (38 units) in hip Germantown.

In addition to a wealth of real estate development and construction knowledge, Bruce invests directly in all ZMX Development projects, his employees and his company, and believes in always putting the client’s interests first.
