4th & Monroe was ZMX’s first ground-up commercial development in Nashville and one of the first mixed-use projects to break ground in historic Germantown. Anchored by 312 Pizza, the development features a unique assembly of flats, townhomes, and carriage houses.
Paying homage to its historic surroundings, 4th & Monroe utilizes masonry accents and brownstone characteristics, with interiors that ooze sophistication for urban living. Units feature modern flat-panel cabinetry with stainless steel appliances, private hydraulic elevators, and outdoor terraces.
4th & Monroe’s proximity to downtown and the critically acclaimed Sulphur Dell Ballpark offer residents a highly walkable location where reliance on an automobile is optional. The development’s walkability continues to add value for residents years after completion as Nashville’s explosive growth and subsequent traffic congestion make 4th & Monroe an even more attractive location.
