1212 9th Avenue provides tenants exceptional finishes in a neighborhood setting conveniently near downtown, located within walking distance to some of the city’s best restaurants and museums in the Germantown neighborhood. 

Each unit features a private outdoor balcony, Bento cabinetry, luxury vinyl plank flooring, and stainless steel appliances.
