ZMX breaks ground on The Yarra townhome development, expecting to deliver the first units by Q2 2022.

Nashville, TN – August 9, 2021 – The development partnership between Bruce Most and Matt Hoiles of ZMX, Inc. and Brandon Plunkett of Forbes Plunkett, LLC broke ground last week on The Yarra, a 69-unit for-sale townhome community located on a 7.7-acre site at 1022 S. Graycroft Ave.

The development will meet the growing demand for housing in the Madison sub-market, which is expected to see considerable growth in the coming years as home buyers are priced out of the increasingly expensive downtown core and the outlying East Nashville suburbs.

In addition to residential growth, high profile national brands and popular local businesses have announced expansion plans in the Madison area. Marquee projects include Madison Town Center, Music City Roots, and Eastside Bowl.

With limited new construction in the area, the team is excited to offer an attainably-priced, thoughtfully-designed product only minutes from downtown Nashville and local amenities.

The first 27 units are expected to be delivered in Q2 2022.

The property was purchased by the development team in November 2020, with financing provided by First Bank. Mark Deutschmann’s team, City Living Group at Village, are the sales agents for the project.
