ZMX Inc. receives approval from MDHA for its latest mixed use project, Eastline, located at 949 Main St, in the heart of East Nashville.

Nashville, TN -June 7, 2022 - ZMX Incorporated has received MDHA approval for Eastline; its latest mixed-use project, located in the heart of East Nashville at 949 Main St.

Eastline is a vibrant, six-story development including a 75-unit boutique hotel, and two highly visible commercial spaces fronting Main St.

The site is conveniently located along the booming Main St corridor that connects East and downtown Nashville. Within a minute's walk to some of East Nashville's leading restaurants, bars, and cafes, and less than five minutes drive to Oracle's new campus, and downtown Nashville, this project will help meet the growing demand for hotel accommodation in the booming East Nashville neighborhood.

Hotel amenities include a communal indoor/outdoor rooftop with direct views of the downtown Nashville skyline, a co-working space, and ample parking underneath. ZMX is seeking commercial tenants that comprise local, or new-to-market businesses to enhance the fabric of Main St's commercial landscape.

ZMX will serve as developer and general contractor for the project, anticipating ground breaking Q3 this year.

Centric Architecture is leading the project's design, supported by Catalyst Design Group's civil engineering. Commercial leasing will be marketed by Elam Freeman of Ojas Partners.
