ZMX acquires site with plans to break ground on a 220+unit multi-family development by mid-2021.

Nashville, October 15, 2020 - Bruce Most and Matt Hoiles of ZMX Inc., have partnered with Brandon Plunkett of Forbes Plunkett, LLC to acquire a 9-acre site located at 620 W. Due West Ave in Madison, TN. The site is approximately 10 minutes from downtown Nashville, and neighbors one of the city’s hottest areas, East Nashville. The team plans to break-ground on a 220+ unit multi-family project by mid-2021. Financing was provided by Wilson Bank and Trust. As rents in the downtown core have increased significantly over the past decade, outlying neighborhoods like Madison remain affordable to a wider range of household incomes. With limited new multi-family options in the area, the team are excited to deliver this development to the growing, Madison sub-market. This project comes as ZMX successfully closes out sales for its recent 71-condomnium project, 1041 Flats, located along the East Trinity corridor of East Nashville.
